“My name is Hine, I’m the Chef de Partie at Fraiche Kitchen in Surfers Paradise.
I’m originally from Tahiti and came to the Gold Coast recently to pursue my career as a chef. I first learnt to cook from my grandmother in Tahiti as a young girl, then later decided to pursue my passion for cooking and become a chef.
I studied cookery for 2 years, while working in one of the big hotels in Tahiti.
When I finished my studies, I moved to Sydney first and worked as Chef de Party, in a fine dining restaurant. After 5 months I decided to move to Gold Coast and 2 days later I started at Fraiche Kitchen!
I really love making fresh, delicious and healthy food everyday for our customers!”
